SOMMA LOMBARDO – A three-year-old child was attacked by a Rottweiler dog on September 22 in Somma Lombardo. The child was snapped by the dog in different parts of the body. The event is being examined by the Carabinieri of the city station.
The child was playing in the garden
According to the Carabinieri forces, the child was playing in the garden of his house. The dog was in the courtyard of the house next door: the two properties would be separated by a fence. However, the dog was able to overcome the fence and reaching the child, it attacked him. The Areu rescue vehicle arrived on the site and also sent a helicopter to the rescue. The child was taken to the hospital in code yellow, fortunately he is not in danger of life.
